We grade the building pad to a fine grade to minimize excessive use of concrete. We also form and pour most of our slabs.
Footings
In certain instances, incorporating a crawlspace is essential due to the natural contours and characteristics of the land. This allows proper drainage, foundation stability, and accommodating utilities while conforming to local building codes and regulations. In this case we will dig and pour a footing to prepare for a crawl space.
